Tracking initially didn't work and on Jan 14th was told to wait until estimated delivery date of Jan 21st. On Jan 22nd tracking indicated package was actually marked as delivered on January 7th. Customer service unhelpful and appears to be an AI bot giving the same response each time contact is made
