This Refund & Return Policy applies to every organisation or entity that purchases Nutricare Pty Ltd products.

It must be read in conjunction with Nutricare Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy prior to making a purchase as we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Nutricare Pty Ltd recommends all goods that are delivered to you are immediately inspected to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description provided.

Please note that No refunds will be made if the product or products have been opened or tampered with in any way. There is a security seal and cannot be broken in any way, due to the sterile and class 1A sterile device regulations.


Change Of Mind

Refunds are not provided for “Change of Mind” returns, or wrong selections.


Goods Damaged In Transit

If you do not insure your order, Nutricare Pty Ltd will not replace, refund, or provide credit notes, if items are damaged or lost in transit.

If any insured goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Insured damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging.


Defective Items

Nutricare Pty Ltd checks all items purchased for defects and quality before shipment. If a received item does have defects please contact us and we will attempt to rectify the issue. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.

Defective items must be returned to Nutricare Pty Ltd within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customer’s choice to the same value or a refund will be given.



Refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days. Refunds will only be processed to the bank account to the organisation or entity from which the payment was received.



You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) before returning any goods. All returns must have an RA Number.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any warranties do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, but this fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. We only accept returns in the case of defective goods.


Cost of Returns

Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.


How To Return Your Item

First, complete the Contact Us page and identify your enquiry as a return request. Nutricare Pty Ltd will then review your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with an RA Number. The RA Number will be emailed to your registered email address along with our return postal address.

Once you have received an RA Number, send your item to the return address provided. Ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging. All returns must have an RA number.

Once Nutricare Pty Ltd has received the return, it will be inspected, and a replacement product will be posted to you, or credit note will be issued, providing that the item was received by Nutricare Pty Ltd as described in the Return Authorisation.

The return must be received by Nutricare Pty Ltd within (14) fourteen days of the RA number being issued. Any item that is returned to Nutricare Pty Ltd without an RA number will be returned to sender.

A replacement item will only be shipped after the returned or faulty item has been received and inspected by Nutricare Pty Ltd.

If your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us.



All advertised “Specials”, cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or defective, so please choose carefully.



Cancellation of any booking must be made in writing to Nutricare Pty Ltd no later than 30 days prior to the delivery. Cancellations made later than 30 days prior to the delivery will not be eligible for a refund and any outstanding monies will be considered owing.

Nutricare Pty Ltd retains the right to cancel an order and will offer a full refund or transfer. Nutricare Pty Ltd is not liable for any costs that you may have incurred in relation to the cancelled order.
