INNOVATIVE CONSUMER PRODUCTS LAUDED AT THE AUSTRALIAN BRAND AWARDS 2018
Nutricare Pty Ltd has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner in The Australian Brand Awards 2018 for Product Excellence, Eco-Innovation and Product Innovation. Currently in their second year, The Australian Brand Awards have been established to identify, recognise and reward Australia’s most innovative consumer products.
Founder, James Dutton says the awards recognise Nutricare and its achievements in the research and development of PATCH Organic Bamboo Wound Care.
“What began as a need for my young son, has now expanded to a worldwide venture. PATCH is made from the most premium and sustainable ingredients to provide an ultra-sensitive and biodegradable solution to wound care. Including the natural goodness of activated charcoal, aloe vera and coconut oil embedded in the gauze.
PATCH Organic Strips are shaking up the traditional wound care market. These awards provide us with further motivation to push boundaries with natural wound care. We strive to create innovations that offer quality, natural and sustainable alternatives”, James said.
“With technology rapidly evolving, it is essential that brands remain ahead of the curve through leading-edge research and development in order remain competitive,” Australian Brand Awards, Program Director, Tara Johnston said.
“Companies that have adopted an innovation culture to improve and innovate their consumer products have been recognised in this year’s ABA100.
“The Australian Brand Awards are proud to acknowledge the role of these innovative consumer product companies for the research and development of innovative products and services,” Ms Johnston added.
The Australian Brand Awards are a partner program of The Australian Business Awards. The Australian Brand Awards are open to all domestic and international brands available in the Australian consumer marketplace.
Each year the ABA100 Winners are recognised for their commitment to business and product innovation and for their achievements in transforming business practices and end-user experiences.
The program provides notable opportunities for high-performing organisations which develop innovative consumer products to be acknowledged both nationally and internationally. The national winners are benchmarked in the international chapter of the program at The World Brand Awards whereby participants are provided with the unique opportunity to benchmark themselves against the top performers globally.
